Guiding your use of Prime Property Development digital services

These Terms govern access to and use of Prime Property Development websites, portals, and related services.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York County, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Prime may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for security, legal, or business reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime regarding use of the services.
  • If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
  • You may not assign rights or obligations without Prime’s consent; we may assign to affiliates or successors.
